HSBC may be the most exposed bank if China imposes anti-sanction laws on Hong Kong

Ronald Wan of Partners Financial Holdings says financial institutions in Hong Kong generally will be in a “sensitive position” if China imposes anti-foreign sanctions law on Hong Kong. But, he says HSBC is particularly most exposed to the law given the size of its operations and connections with Europe and the U.S.
