Free-for-all oil production if OPEC fails to reach a deal is unlikely, energy analyst says

An oil production free-for-all like that of March 2020 is unlikely because it’s not in anyone’s interest, though pumping beyond OPEC’s agreed limits will be hard to resist in the current high-price environment, says Alex Booth, head of research at Kpler.
