The energy sector was seeing a unanimous rally Tuesday, as Russia’s move to secure some rebel Ukraine regions led to a jump in crude oil and natural gas prices. The SPDR Energy Select Sector ETF XLE, -0.61% surged 2.5% in premarket trading, with all 21 equity components gaining ground.
