Moderna Inc. MRNA, -1.30% said Wednesday the Japanese government has ordered an additional 70 million doses of its COVID-19 booster vaccine or an updated booster vaccine candidate, if one wins authorization. The doses are expected to be delivered in the second half of 2022.
