BOISE, Idaho–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Albertsons Companies, Inc. (NYSE: ACI) (the “Company”) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a 20% increase in the quarterly dividend on its common stock, from $0.10 per share to $0.12 per share.
