(CSE:FFNT) (OTCQX:FFNTF) will buy New England Cannabis Corporation, a marijuana cultivator based in Holliston, Massachusetts for total consideration of $55 million. The Phoenix, Arizona-based confirmed Thursday that it has signed a definitive agreement for the acquisition.
