NEWTON, Mass.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Industrial Logistics Properties Trust (Nasdaq: ILPT) today announced that it has entered into an agreement to add six industrial properties to its existing joint venture with institutional investors for an aggregate price of approximately $206 million.
