NEWPORT NEWS, Va., Sept. 14, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Huntington Ingalls Industries (NYSE: HII) announced today that the HII Scholarship Fund, now in its sixth year, has awarded 100 new scholarships for the 2021-2022 school year. Additionally, the fund renewed 108 previously active scholarships. To date, 980 scholarships have been awarded or renewed for a total of more than $2 million.
