FS Global Credit Opportunities Fund, a $2.4 billion closed-end credit fund managed by Philadelphia-based FS Investments, said Monday it plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange in the third quarter. Prior to the listing, the fund will be renamed FS Credit Opportunities Corp. for trading under the ticker symbol “FSCO”.
