While the technicals suggest a short-term bottom is getting established, we are concerned that may limit any bounce to a 50% to 61.8% Fibonacci retracement of the recent decline. With tensions rising between Russia and Ukraine, it will not be surprising to see global fund flows into U.S. Treasuries.
