The Nasdaq Composite COMP, +0.43% rallied 0.4% in morning trading, but market internals are telling a very different story. The number of stocks declining on the Nasdaq was outnumbering advancers 2,110 to 1,743, while the volume in declining stocks was more than half (51.4%) of total volume.
