Justworks Inc. JW, disclosed Tuesday that it has set terms for its initial public offering, as the profitable New York-based benefits, payroll and human resources software company focused on small and medium-sized business (SMBs) looks to raise up to $224.0 million, and be valued at up to $2.0 billion. The company said it is offering 7.0 million Class A shares in the IPO, which is expected to price between $29 and $32 a share.
