U.S. stocks opened slightly higher Monday, building on closing records for major indexes, after the House delivered final passage late Friday of a $1 trillion infrastructure package. The Dow Jones Industrial Average DJIA, +0.54% rose 221 points, or 0.6^, to 36,549, while the S&P 500 SPX, +0.31% was up 0.3% at 4,713.02 and the Nasdaq Composite COMP, +0.28% advanced 0.2% to 16,002.21.
