Cyberspace Administration of China (CAC) VP Sheng Ronghua has defended the country’s critical information infrastructure protection rules, Reuters reported. In a State Council briefing, Ronghua clarified that the regulations aim towards ensuring national security and do not threaten overseas IPOs.
