After a brief respite, Chinese Credit stress contagion was again escalating – at least early in the week. But the S&P 500 then surged 3.6% in four sessions to end the week at all-time highs. No adjustments. No corrections. Again this week, it seemed rather obvious that QE and associated liquidity excess have severely distorted both global bond and stock markets.
