Stocks opened slightly higher Tuesday, in an effort to bounce back from a Monday selloff that saw the Dow Jones Industrial Average suffer its biggest one-day loss since October. The Dow was up 90 points, or 0.3%, at 34,052, while the S&P 500 rose 0.2% to 4,268.
