The stock market was relatively flat last week although the Standard & Poor’s 500 Stock Index hit two new historical highs and the Dow Jones and the NASDAQ ended up. The market seemed to be relatively listless last week as investors seem to be tired from all the uncertainty and waiting around until the Federal Reserve does something.
