Nucor Corp. NUE, -3.43% said Wednesday that Chief Financial Officer Jim Frias will retire, after 12 years in the role and 31 years at the steel maker. Frias, 65, will start transitioning out of the CFO role as of March 6 and his retirement will be effective June 11.
