Shares of Sanofi SNY, +0.18% gained 0.8% in trading on Tuesday after the company announced plans to buy Amunix Pharmaceuticals Inc., a privately held immuno-oncology company. The acquisition is worth $1 billion upfront and another $225 million in milestone payments.
