Shares of Bumble Inc. BMBL, -0.29% fell 1.4% in premarket trading Friday, after the dating app said the size of the previously announced stock offering increased by 20%, and announced the pricing of the offering at $54.00 a share. The company said late Thursday that selling stockholders affiliated with Blackstone Inc. BX, +0.86% sold 18.0 million shares in the offering, up from 15.0 million when the offering was originally announced after the Sept.
