Michigan-focused vertically integrated cannabis firm Gage Growth Corp is getting acquired by US multistate operator TerrAscend Corp in a blockbuster deal worth US$545 million. The newly-formed company will have operations in Canada and five US states, including seven cultivation and processing facilities, and 23 retail outlets serving the medical and adult-use markets.
