When a sector has rallied and looks “expensive”, the obvious course of action is to examine lagging sectors in the hope that they might be the next to rally. Retail and Industrial REITs have performed well recently, while the “Healthcare REITs”, “Oil & Gas Midstream” and “Regulated Water” sectors have lagged.
