Fast food giant McDonald’s Corp (NYSE:MCD) plans to open 50 new outlets and create about 20,000 new positions in the UK this year. Paul Pomroy, chief executive for UK and Ireland, said the ubiquitous burger chain is also looking to open another 100 branches over the next two years.
