Apple Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL) has come under the scanner of German antitrust regulators for alleged anti-competitive practices. What Happened: The Bundeskartellamt, or the Federal Cartel Office, has initiated proceedings against Apple, in accordance with an amendment to the German Competition Act that came into force in January.
