U.S. stock indexes opened at all-time highs Friday after a stronger-than-expected October jobs report. The Dow Jones Industrial Average DJIA, +0.65% was up 216 points, or 0.6%, at 36,340, while the S&P 500 SPX, +0.66% gained 0.6% to 4,707.03.
