Dell completed the spinoff of its subsidiary, VMware, late Monday evening. The company’s market valuation was cut in half immediately following completion of the transaction. Going forward, Dell’s consolidated revenues will be primarily driven by its Infrastructure Solutions Group and Client Solutions Group.
