More and more people are focusing on the speech of the Fed Chairman, Jerome Powell, which will be given this Friday. The credibility and Mr. Powell and the credibility of the Federal Reserve itself seem to be “on the line” as uncertainty fills the air about just where the chairman is, policy-wise.
