6.30am: US stocks seen opening up US stocks are expected to open higher as investors await the outcome of the two-day Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) meeting, where the Federal Reserve is expected to raise interest rates for the first time in four years. Sentiment has also been boosted by comments from Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy that peace talks with Russia have taken a realistic turn.
