Lucky Minerals (TSX-V:LKY, OTC:LKMNF) Inc said it has closed a non-brokered private placement consisting of 22,353,278 units of the company at a price of C$0.09 per unit for gross proceeds of C$2,011,795.02. The company said the net proceeds of the offering will be used to complete a 3,000 metre drill program on the company’s Fortuna Project in Ecuador and for general working capital purposes.
