‘Too many X-factors’ for Fed Chair Powell to be hawkish or dovish at Jackson Hole: Atlantic Council

Josh Lipsky of the Atlantic Council says U.S. Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell can’t “start landing the plane” on quantitative easing. Instead, he predicts Powell might have a more theoretical speech on tapering, but it wouldn’t necessarily mean interest rates will be raised.
