Pacific Empire Minerals Corp announced the sale of its LLH1 mineral claim in British Columbia to Engold Mines Ltd. The two companies reached an agreement on the 1,315-hectare property for consideration of a 2% net smelter return royalty on the claim, purchasable by Engold at any time for C$1 million.
